Camp: Currently Unavailable

The Ajax Riding Academy offers camps for Christmas, March Break, and Summer. In each camp, camper's riding ability will be assessed and then riding groups will be formed.

All camps include:

​

• Programming for ages 6 and up

• At least two riding lessons a day

• Basic Horsemanship

• Hands-On and Classroom style lessons and activities

• Crafts and outdoor games

• Parent's Day Horse Show at the end of the week

Camp Hours :

• Drop off - 8:30-9:00 a.m. Pick up - 3:30 p.m.

• For an additional fee, we can provide before and after care. This needs to be arranged before camp commences.

• Please contact us for details. Camp is open and available on all stat. holidays.

Parents are welcome to come and watch Camp any day of the week, however, the last day of camp is set aside specifically for Family and Friends to watch your camper's progress.

Please note: our student/teacher ratio is 6:1. While we often have additional help this is not a guarantee. Our teachers have a lot of curriculum to get through, and there are occasional periods of downtime during camp.  if your child cannot work independently within a group setting and requires constant attention, this is not the right program for them. we cannot cater to special needs, particularly behavioral. If your child requires one on one attention and/or constant stimulation, this is not the program for them. please keep in mind that we cannot refund camp registration because registration means you have saved a spot in camp. if a camper is constantly not listening to instructions or requires constant one on one attention from a staff member, they are seen as taking away from the experience of other students and a potential safety issue which will result in them being sent home from camp.
